Booking cancellation:
The reservation is kept until 18:00 hour on the arrival date.
It is not required to pay upfront or provide credit card information.
If guest arrives after 18:00 hour, the reservation might not be fulfilled.
Children policy:
Children up to 10 years of age - stay FREE; from 11 years of age - PLN 100.00.* *Applies to standard offers. The cost of children's stay in the case of special offers may change.
Our facility is obliged to apply standards of protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and his/her relationship with the adult with whom he/she stays in the facility. (Act of 13 May 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors).
