Booking cancellation:
The reservation is kept until 18:00 hour on the arrival date. It is not required to pay upfront or provide credit card information. If guest arrives after 18:00 hour, the reservation might not be fulfilled.

Children policy:
Stay of children under the age of 4 - free of charge, Chidren aged 5-10 - 50 pln/ per night, children at the age of 11 or more - 100 pln/ per night. Our hotel is obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, in particular, to verify, the identity of the minor and their relationship with the adult they are staying with in the facility.
